What it is

Solid Color, explained

A solid color floor is pigmented epoxy with no chips broadcast into it, so you get a single, even color across the whole space. It looks clean and bright, and it suits rooms where you want the floor to stay out of the way.

Like every coating we lay, it starts with the slab ground back and repaired, because a plain color shows the surface underneath more honestly than a patterned finish does.

Solid Color FAQ

Is a solid color floor slippery?

A smooth, glossy floor can be slicker when it is wet than a textured flake floor. If the space gets wet, tell us when we quote so we can talk through the right finish.

Does a solid color show dirt more than flake?

Somewhat, because there is no pattern to hide dust. That is the trade for the clean, uniform look, and it wipes clean easily.

How long does it take?
